TOWN HOME RESERVATION NOTES:
· 2-3 night minimum stay required with a Saturday (some exceptions off-season and extended minimums for High Seasons and Holidays)
· Rates do not include local room tax.
· Cash, checks and credit cards
(Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) accepted.
· Reservations confirmed with first night's rate paid at the time of booking with the balance due 90 days prior to arrival, 60 days on holidays.
· $20.00 charge for returned checks.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TOWN HOMES, CONDOS & CABINS:
If you should cancel WITHIN 60 DAYS of arrival date, you can reschedule for a $ 100.00 fee. The $ 100.00 fee shall be deducted from your deposit, and the balance will be held as credit on file for one year. NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.
If you should cancel PRIOR TO 60 DAYS of arrival date, you have the option of the following:
Reschedule for a $ 100.00 fee. The $ 100.00 fee shall be deducted from the deposit and the balance will be held as a credit on file for one year,OR you may cancel your reservation. A night shall be deducted from the amount paid and the balance will be REFUNDED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.
